La plus tôt est le mieux/the sooner, the better

J'ai deux chats, un aristocratique siamois cinnamon point, blanc et roux, et un chat de gouttière noir comme la suie.
Quand il est l'heure des croquettes _  pour eux, c'est tout le temps, pour moi c'est matin et soir _ l'un se tient à côté de moi, l'autre à côté de sa gamelle.

When it's time for cat-food _  for them, it's always time, for me, it's twice a day, in the morning and in te evening _ one is beside me and the other is beside its bowl.
